Every teacher is identity-verified, reference-checked and cleared through background screening before they ever meet a child. Safeguarding training is mandatory.

Classes run in secure rooms reachable only by a unique join link sent to you. No public links, no open lobbies, no strangers wandering in.

Small, monitored groups

Groups are capped at 6 children and led by a certified teacher throughout. Smaller classes mean every child is seen, supported and supervised.

Parents are welcome to sit in, and every class is recorded and saved to your dashboard — so you can always see exactly what happened.

If something doesn't feel right — about a class, a teacher or anything at all — please tell us. Every report reaches our safeguarding team and is treated seriously and confidentially. You never need to be certain to reach out.

Can other people join my child's class?+

No. Rooms are private and invite-only, reachable only via a unique join link we send to you. There are no public links or open lobbies, and only the teacher and enrolled children can attend.

Are classes recorded, and who can see them?+

Yes — classes are recorded for safety and so you can re-watch them. Recordings are stored securely and are only available to you in your parent dashboard and to our authorised team.

Do you sell my family's data?+

Never. We don't sell or rent your data, and we don't serve third-party ads to children. We collect only what's needed to run classes, and you can request to view, export or delete your data anytime.
